As soon as you find out that you may need a rendering, call me to check my availability (call by phone will get my attention faster than email).

2. REQUEST LETTER OF AGREEMENT

Get a copy of the letter of agreement. Fill in the form, date and sign before faxing back to me with your floor plan & an arrow showing the direction where the view is to be taken. We'll discuss the project and then I'll start immediately.

3. FEES (50%) PAYABLE ON ORDERING

Half of the fees are due on ordering while the second half is due when the rendering is completed.

Whatever the subject matter, having a rendering made is a process that involves time and active participation by you, the client.

I first begin with small sketches of the views until you agree on a good perspective i.e. a good angle of view.

Next a full color study of an enlarged and detailed version of the accepted view is done. This color study is emailed to you for approval before I start to paint the final rendering.

Your review and inputs are essential along the way as this ensures that there are no unhappy surprises later on. You get to review all line work and colors before I begin the final painting.

The final artwork can either be sent by overnight courier, or the final image emailed to you.
